HPC-Sweden AB is a company specialised in everything that has to do with tools for injection moulding and die casting. We possess of a genuine and massive knowledge of tools and the polymers used in them, and our customers are found all over Europe. With our deep knowledge we can provide assistance in order to achieve optimal aesthetic and/or functional demands for your products.

Laser Graining

To achieve highest possible quality, we skipped chemical etching many years ago and work entirely with laser graining. Among our customers are the most demanding companies within the automotive sector.
Based on 3D data we render the part(s) with your desired texture and send to you for approval before start of graining.. All graining is directed and prepared by Reichle Technologiezentrum GmbH regardless of if the tools will be grained in Germany or at our partner companies in China, Portugal or USA.
We can also provide all consultancy assistance you need to get a superior result.

Interior Lighting

Conventional interior lighting with unique light diffusion as well as ambient lighting conductors is a speciality. When it comes to Light conductors, Reichle has developed a special method, meaning that only one light inlet is needed in order to give an absolutely even light distribution regardless of the length of the conductor.

Grain Repair

We are fully equipped to repair any damage that might occur on a grained surface including laser welding of bigger damages + re-texturing and gloss adjustment. Repair can be done either at our factory in Hyltebruk, at Reichle Technologiezentrum in Stuttgart, or in site at the customer, depending on what is most appropriate and cost effective. Also mirror polishing is performed both in Sweden and in Germany with skilled staff.

Service and Maintenance

All types of service work are performed on injection moulding and die casting moulds. This includes TIG- and/or laser welding (sometimes combined), grinding/polishing to achieve correct geometry, re-graining and gloss adjustment if this is required. We also have highly advanced methods for removing of contamination on mould surfaces, which is an increasing problem for instance when it comes to composites and raw material with certain additives. We are presently testing highly efficient and unique methods of cleaning cooling channels to assure optimal tool temperature conditions in production, which might be included in our range of services in the future.

Texture Development

Besides a library with a wide range of textures, we also provide development of unique textures for you, either according to your own ideas and suggestions, or if we know the purpose of the product, plastic material and environment it will be used in, we can give suggestions that we then can refine until an attractive visual/functional result is achieved.

Transport

We possess of a truck which is special build for tool transport. This mean that we take care of the whole chain, from picking up the tool, do the work needed and then transport the tool back within shortest possible time, and with 100% guarantee that maximum safety for risk free damage of the goods is assured. No re-loading of goods will take place, and transport can be done 24/7. For longer transports we can use two chauffeurs meaning that no standstill during transport will take place. We can for instance guarantee transport to Reichle in Stuttgart within 24 hours.
